CAMP DETAILS:
~ Year 6 to 11 (inclusive)
~ Tuesday 14th April - Friday 17th April 2026
~ 8:00am to 3:10pm / 9:20am to 4:30pm
~ The Sports Centre, Brisbane Bicentenary Sports and Entertainment Complex
~ $330 per person
~ VQ Membership required (recreational level only).

As part of the camp athletes will receive the following items upon check-in:
Pirates Camp water bottle
Pirates Camp t-shirt
*Please note that you will receive the shirt size that you order in this form and there will not be an option for sizing exchanges. Sizing typically runs small so we recommend ordering a size up.
FORMAT:
Three volleyball sessions of 1h 20 min each with two 1h 20 min breaks in between
Male camp and female camp alternate sessions on court (i.e., when males are playing volleyball, females are on break and vice versa)
Educational sessions during one of two breaks (e.g., refereeing, volleyball pathways, strength & conditioning, etc.)
SAMPLE SCHEDULE - DAY 1: (SAMPLE ONLY AND NOT THE ACTUAL TIMETABLE)
8:00am - Female check-in
8:30am to 9:50am - Female Camp - volleyball session 1
9:20am - Male check-in
9:50pm to 11:10am - Male Camp - volleyball session 1 / Female Camp - Volleyball Pathways
11:10am to 12:30pm - Female Camp volleyball session 2 / Male Camp - Volleyball Pathways
12:30pm to 1:50pm - Male Camp volleyball session 2 / Female Camp - Break for lunch
1:50pm to 3:10pm - Female Camp volleyball session 3 & Male Camp - Break for lunch
3:10pm - Female pick-up
3:10pm to 4:30pm - Male Camp volleyball session 3
4:30pm - Male pick-up
*The male and female camp will alternate starting on the first session. This means that if the female camp starts at 8:30am on Day 1, then the male camp starts at 8:30am on Day 2. Actual confirmed schedule will be sent out via email*
WHAT TO BRING:
You will receive an email with the exact schedule the week prior to the camp start date.
For the camp, athletes will need to bring the following:
Packed lunch
Snacks and plenty of water
Change of clothes, just in case
Sports gear
Sports shoes/court shoes
Protective gear (knee pads, ankle guards if owned)
